This Journal entry is a follow on to the statements registered on the April1 Crestone and Beyond Journal entry about EMF, and will serve as an expansion of some of the ideas presented in the last half of the entry. In that posting I introduced the concept called the Gift of the Blessing. I also touched on the technology of prayer and compassion.
In today’s writing I shall revisit the shadow emotion states, their utilitarian counterparts, and the higher emotional frequencies of healing and manifestation. I also want to introduce some ancient, and needed, technology from the Essene Masters.
My comments of 2 weeks ago are seen in the latter part of the April 1 entry, and were intended to be somewhat hard hitting so as to give some of you a reason to pause and reflect. You can look at those comments in the last 2 sections of the entry which were entitled “Crestone and Beyond offers an Editorial to Assist our Human Condition,” and the final section “The Ultimate Closet Effect.” Don’t worry, the concepts really are not so difficult, but I did intend to offer you some grist for your mill, and maybe tap on your gauges.
These 2 sections of the EMF Journal entry serve as a plea to humanity, a plea for all of us to wake up to dimensions of our inner and outer consciousness terrain. These writings also serve as a preamble to this present entry.
I am grateful and indebted to Gregg Braden for his masterful scope of research and teaching, a teaching which is of great value at this time in Earth’s history. You can access his informative and most vital books and audio recordings from his website www.greggbraden.com.
I have referenced another of his more recent audio works in the entries posted on this last Winter Solstice and on Christmas Day. These 2 entries deal with the subject of the Global Coherence Initiative, Part I and II. He poses the fascinating information about the GCI in the context of 2012, which is the theme of this multi disc program, a real magnum opus tour de force. I hope you will read about the GCI in these Journal entries, and purchase Gregg’s material.
Today’s Journal entry introduces and celebrates an important body of information from Gregg’s 1999 audio production entitled Beyond Zero Point. It is a 2 disc set. My commentary is based on his comments as stated on disc 2, tracks 7-10.
Here he explains the technology of compassion as was rendered in an ancient mystery school text The Essene Gospel of Peace. This writing is from the Essenes Masters. The Essenes lived by the Dead Sea from about 500 B.C. to about 500 A.D. They dispersed from the Dead Sea area to travel widely about the Globe, dispensing their valuable teachings along the way, from Tibet to Bolivia. You won’t be hearing about this on the History Channel or from National Geographic, but you can study Gregg’s work and do your own research.
In the April 1 Crestone and Beyond Journal entry about various EMF effects, I ended this entry with some ideas to move you internally into your spectrum of inner feelings. The feelings that we are vibrating in our bodies is the EMF we are also offering out into the quantum hologram of the Singularity, or, Mind of God. The Universe will then arrange Itself so as to mirror our feeling state offerings back to us with matching manifestations of “more of the same.”
For this reason, I spend a significant part of my time with clients exploring their inner feeling states, literally inventorying these feelings, and then correlating the feelings with their parent emotion.
There are 17 parent emotions, organized from low frequency states to higher and higher energy states. The list starts off with shame and guilt, the lowest vibration charges, the ones we learned in our preverbal period, infancy, and toddlerhood in our family of origin (please refer to Parenting, Part II in this Journal, entered this past January) , and the ones we carry forward into life. These 2 emotion states resonate chaotically in our body as a result of unresolved, unhealed trauma imprinting.
If left unhonored and unhealed, these 2 emotion states will inform the next 6 higher emotional frequencies to operate in the shadow, or negative aspect, for all of our life. We may carry our shadow feelings to the mortuary; in so much as it is these negative feeling vibrations which are informing our DNA to express as chaotic patterns of cellular growth.
DNA does not autonomously express itself. It requires an epigenetic signal from our subconsciousness, our held belief states, and our shifting feeling states. See The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. to gain more understanding of this last statement.
Obviously, our choice is to shift the shadow emotion expression into the utilitarian mode of using the emotion, and then move on to access higher emotion feeling states which have no shadow correlates. This will result in healthy DNA expression and coherent cell growth patterns.
The result of unhealed and ongoing shame and guilt trauma memory is the usage of the emotions of apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, and pride in their shadow feeling states. I have word listings of some 40 synonymous feeling states which accompany the shadow of these 6 parent emotions. I utilize these word listings in my consultations with clients who are seeking more emotional intelligence, and the resultant health and happiness.
Clients are asked to mark the words of the feeling states that they are familiar with in their bodies. I then ask them to identify which parent emotion is responsible for this feeling state. We then discuss the question which must be asked to shift the shadow feeling state into its more simplistic utilitarian counterpart.
Heart Resonant Frequency
The shadow states of apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, and pride are often jumbled up and felt simultaneously in the body. For most everyone this condition is confusing and creates a chaotic inner terrain. The Heart slips out of its resonant frequency of 0.1 cps, and resonates in the very low frequency (VLF) and in the high frequency (HF) ends of the Heart frequency spectrum. These polar frequencies correspond to the override of the sympathetic nervous system (“fight/flight”), and the parasympathetic nervous system (“freeze”), respectively.
If the Heart is resonating its powerful energetic field into the cells and into the outer field, and if it is actually locked in high volume vibration of both sympathetic and parasympathetic frequencies, then most individuals can observe the feeling of “foot on the gas” and “foot on the brake” at the same time. This is very chaotic signaling. Every cell, and every nuclear DNA complex is being informed by this messaging from the Heart. Some form of chaotic cellular expression will emerge over time, unless peace and harmony replace the chaos.
Such Heart frequencies are easily displayed for the client utilizing a Heartmath biofeedback interface. I also have a list of 93 questions which allow the client to inventory and become aware of how the high volume sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems feel in the body.
These tools allow for the introduction of one’s conscious observation to one’s inner emotional and nervous system terrain. I then assist clients in learning how to tame their tiger via correct use of the breath, and correct relationship with their Emotional Tool Box, which I also call the Emotional Guidance System.
We then learn about Heart Resonant Frequency, which is 0.1 cycles per second (Hertz). When the human Heart is in that frequency we feel calm, we can access higher emotional states; we have higher cognitive ability, higher intuitive ability, and our Heart can entrain other Hearts to our resonant frequency. The last consideration is one of the secrets to telepathic communication, and helps us to extend ourselves beyond the perceived limitations of ordinary space time physics.
When faced with a confusing tangle of uncomfortable feelings, we do one of 3 things: 1) we hurl the emotion/feeling brew into the outer world, usually at someone, hurting them, and creating more shame and guilt for us, or 2) we bury the tangle back into the inner world which it came from creating more of the psychic burden of repression and suppression (which results in depression), or 3) we can begin to ask some important questions which the feeling state is trying to alert us to, and begin to master moving into the positive utilitarian manner of expressing the emotion.
I do an exercise with clients called The Grief Box exercise. This exercise is simple and helps to forever clarify the shadow feeling state confusion and bewilderment. The exercise sets the client on a course of simply being able to use these 6 emotions in their utilitarian format to protect and heal their life.
Of course, it takes a little practice. The key words here are “a little.” It’s really pretty simple, especially if you practice. It is like going to the gymnasium of life. You allow yourself to go to the gym, put on a smile, and practice.
We can then go about accessing the higher emotion states, which have no negative correlates. These higher states are courage, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy, peace, and enlightenment.
These higher emotional states, and their associated powerful feeling counterparts, are also natural to our make-up, just as the lower frequency emotion tools are natural to our make-up. These are the emotion tools of the manifestation of our Heart’s Primary Motivators. I assist clients in the identification of 7 Primary Motivators via a Heart based exercise using right and left brain reason; i.e., using the integrated Brain Mind to serve the Heart Mind.
The feeling state which accompanies the emotion of reason is understanding. Like all feeling states, understanding is felt in the body. It may seem to you that reason should not be classified as an emotion.
We feel an understanding in the body, at least I do. Examples in my life are a variety of experiences; from athletics to figuring out calculus and chemistry, to doing some creative artistic project, to figuring out a complicated surgical problem in real time, to figuring out relationship dynamics and what the relationship may require for growth. Often my solutions are reflexive, and as I allow the reflex to imprint, I strengthen my practice.
In all of these types of situations I used my thought processing centers of right brain and left brain logic to assist my Heart, the seat of the Mind. Upon mastering whatever the situation was, I felt a familiar charge run through my body as a feeling of knowing, or, understanding. The word literally means “to stand under.”
An emotion may be defined as a charge, power, or voltage. It needs a directional vector force to assist it. The directional vector or conduit is a thought. The combination of a thought and an emotion is a feeling in the body. We do not feel feelings in our heads, per se; we feel feelings in the body. However, we often keep thinking about them in our heads, and that is usually where the confusion begins for most of us.
The lower shadow states of apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, and pride must be felt. When we become intentionally conscious, we allow ourselves to feel our shadow, without judgment. If we can feel it, we can heal it. These shadow feeling states can be clarified and healed into the utilitarian manner of using the emotion as it was intended to be used, to protect and heal one’s life. Then we can move on to access the higher emotion states of manifestation.
Intentional Compassion, a Technology
To assist our intentional generation of compassion inside of difficult and painful circumstances, the Essenes gave us specific tenets, or codes, to practice and engage with in all circumstances of life. Compassion is an optimum quality of thought, feeling, and emotion which we can use to activate our DNA genetic codes with Grace. Grace is a Divine quality which we are endowed with, and can experience.
This is a true science, or technology, because it can be used consistently, and can be repeatedly performed with consistent results. A true science allows for reproducible results. If this… then this…
The Essenes instruct us to use thought without attachment to the outcome of the thought, to use the emotion with a controlled and steadied charge, and to experience the feeling without distortion of the feeling into its shadow state. We are encouraged to break through our old traumatically held conditioned feeling states.
Compassion does not imply complacency, and it does not imply that you are in agreement with an event which has transpired. Compassion is a practiced human art form which allows one to become proactive and accountable in the mastery of how one conducts one’s life in all circumstances. The practice of compassion helps the painful circumstances by not contributing more negative energy to the misery. It imbues the practitioner with calmness, equanimity, imperturbability, a state of loving kindness, and unconditional presence.
We become compassion. The secret to this is how we think, emote, and feel about a series of codes which the Essenes offered. In ancient traditions, compassion is more than a state of sympathy. It is awareness, a conscious state of being. We become compassion. It is intentional.
The Essene tenets, which I will describe in “Becoming Compassion, Part II”, are self empowering. If you find one of these tenets, or codes, which does not work for you, then you have just defined your own path, or a part of yourself which is seeking a greater healing.
The Essene codes for Becoming Compassion are about belief systems, the belief systems which reside in our subconscious mind and our conscious mind. A unique chemistry accompanies all of our emotions, thoughts, and feelings. We are alchemically programming chemistry into our bodies. We seek the optimum chemistry, and Becoming Compassion is the science which allows us to have optimum chemistry.
Crestone and Beyond
One of my close friends and mentors is a gentleman who, like me, enjoys April 14 as his birthday also. He is a river guide on the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon. His name is Charly Heavenrich, also known as the Canyon Guy. Charly takes parties of people on the river down through these thrilling canyon walls and rapids, safely escorting them into and through some grand discovery adventures.
He has made many many Canyon runs over the decades. Trips with Charly last a week or 2. Sometimes they even take a violin troupe. The food, adventures, visuals, and kinesthetics are the best. On the trips you also meet special other people, and they float with you down the stream. These people serve as one of the types of Mirrors of you in the Canyon. Charly has been informed by some native American elders while on his journey. He plays a native American flute, and he offers stories and parables to assist understanding.
He also is an author of a couple of books about his experiences. He gives strong and beautiful motivational presentations around the nation, and presents wonderful shows from his camera lens perspective in the Canyon. He is expert with his camera, and his images from the many Canyon journeys can grace your space and inspire you. See www.charlyheavenrich.com.
Charly once taught me a simple formula for the contemplation about how to gauge one’s progress and process in life. It is D X V X FS > R.
D = Dissatisfaction. This is one’s felt sense of dissatisfaction with one’s condition. It’s origins lie in one’s Grief Box, and unattended life clutter. These vital and valuable life stories can stimulate the impetus for our desire to change and grow.
V = Vision. Vision is a Heart based knowing founded on one’s Primary Motivators. It is about what one wants to manifest in life.
FS = First Steps. First steps are the initial momentum created when our desire is greater than our fear, and we want to create a positive movement. We access courage, and we step across the threshold of adventure.
R = Resistance. Resistance is a big consideration, and involves all of the unattended issues of the Grief Box, and the resultant belief and behavioral patterns. Here, our fear is greater than our desire. The R factor inhibits our growth and serves to keep us revolving in the same old self sabotage patterns.
And so, our Dissatisfaction arrives in our consciousness and is observed. We seek a Vision as an alternative to improve our situation. We garner courage and initiate our First Steps towards what it is that we wish to manifest. These variables must carry greater power than our habitual patterns of Resistance to our own unfolding.
It is important to understand and master one’s Resistance to life. It is important to understand the other 3 variables which are at play in this life dynamic. Non judgment and forgiveness assist our understanding, and help us along.
The Essene codes for “Becoming Compassion, Part II,” will be up soon, maybe on the Good Friday to Easter weekend.
Signing off from Crestone and Beyond.
Peace be with you
